I can’t ask my doctor because the nurses there haven’t been much help at getting me answers during my miscarriage experience but I know a few of you ladies have gone through one.
My question is, how soon can I start working out after my miscarriage? I tried doing a light workout today and my pelvic floor feels extremely weak and sore. Is that normal? As soon as I started my kegels during my workout, I started bleeding again and cramping.
Also, I am now convinced this is what caused my MC because I did some early pregnancy workouts a few days before it happened. I honestly think my pelvic floor and uterus are extremely weak after having my june baby (via csection)😥
