Lower back pain
I picked my daughter up the other day and tweaked something in my back. Today it is soooo painful. If I’m laying down I have to get my husband to help me get up. Any recommendations of what I can do? Tylenol does nothing. I’ve taken a bath with the jets on my back, and using a heating pad. Help!!
