Does a parent who stayed at home prior to covid, qualify for the PUA assistance?

Does anyone know the answer to this? I didn’t think they would qualify and was told by two people they do qualify for PUA, not unemployment.

No. The parent wasn't working and didn't loose a job due to COVID. PUA is only for people who were working and somehow lost their job due to COVID.
