Tips on getting rid of all your negative thoughts
So lately I’ve been finding my thoughts being riddled with negativity. It sucks. All I think about now is “ what if I’m not happy in my relationship, what if I’m not being the best mom I can be to my kids, will my house ever be clean or will we live in a mess forever, is covid going to take someone I know, are my grandparents okay, is there something wrong with me because I lack motivation and have so much brain fog that I feel kinda dumb” and there’s so much more but those are just a few of the things that are constantly going through my head. I just can’t shut that part of my brain off and I wish I could.
Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to be more positive and be a happier person?
