Should I stay or go

I’m having pretty intense, persistent pain in my lower left abdomen for about 3-4 hours now. I am not close to starting my period. I took over the counter ibuprofen, and took a warm bath but it doesn’t seem to be easing up at all. Should I go to the ER just to be safe or keep waiting it out? Thanks!!
