Acne on boobs/nipple area

Hellooo!

So I’ve always had acne. The one on my face has finally cleared and my back has 80% cleared with time. I still get acne on my bum and now on my boob and nipple area. Do you folks recommend home remedies or a certain product/method to help avoid this? I exfoliate every other day and wear loose clothing and keep my bras clean and dry (no exercise lol)
