They are still trying to find balance. Autism isn't something you should be worrying about this young especially if your baby is reaching all milestones.

I have twins who are much older and they did it when they were tired and a woman from early intervention ( they were 3 months premature) said it’s a possible sign of autism. They ended up doing it in their sleep until they were about 10 n eventually stopped. Neither of them have autism or any other developmental disabilities. I wouldn’t worry about it.
