I just had a baby a few months and I’m on birth control. I just need to know if my eyes are crazy and that I’m seeing things. Is it positive or negative?

My first thought was negative, but then I thought I saw something for a second. Now I can’t see it anymore. Could just be too early though, I’d definitely test again in a few days.
