200lbs to 152lbs in a 4 month period
Goddddd this is embarrassing to look at how I let myself go. The left picture I was with a man that was mentally abusing, the right picture I’m overseas, in a happy relationship and living life.
How I did it:
• cut out sodas and sweets
• gym twice a day
• run every other day 2-6 miles
• water water water
• chicken, broccoli, and rice
I wish I had more pictures of when I looked my unhealthiest but just know it is possible to change your life.


When I got back from overseas, I gained a little weight but I dropped it back down real quick:
