Us Naval Academy

It’s always been my dream to go here and enlist into either the Navy or the Marines, but I have no idea how to get there.

I play division 1 sports, have a 3.95 unweighted gpa (4.3 weighted) but other than that I’ve got nothing. A friend of mine who wants to go there too said that they’d never accept me because they look for leaders, and I’m just not what they want. Does anyone have tips on either how to get leadership experience or how to get into the school?
