Thinking about moving out

Hey y’all I’m 21 and just got a new job at a hospital. I’ll be making about $11.50 working about 36 hours a week. I’ve been wanting to move out of my parents house lately. The only things I’d need to pay for is rent, utilities, gas, groceries, and pet food/supplies. Apartments are pretty expensive around here like about $600 to over $800 for just a one bed room place. About how much do y’all think I should save for everything? Also I did move out early from my last apartment and they put an eviction on my account, that happened about a year ago how would that hurt my chances of finding a good place?
