My female cat might have a UTI(but idk for sure) what should I do??

I really want to avoid going to the vet is there anything I can do at home for her??

Bring her to the vet. Animals don't convey pain the same way humans do, so by the time she's showing pain, she'll be in really bad shape

Unfortunately you’d need to bring her to the vet.  The only time I’ve been able to skip the vet when my pups had a UTI was when I happened to be taking the exact same antibiotic (same dose, even same manufacturer) that my dog had been given in the past so I just gave him mine (still not the preferable thing to do, but at the time I had an IUD that was causing me to have chronic UTIs, so I was very familiar with UTI symptoms, had the medication, and knew it was safe for my dog).
But yeah... little fur baby’s going to need antibiotics, and the sooner the better so the infection doesn’t worsen. Definitely be sure to give plenty of water in the meantime.

I mix a 2tbs milk kefir and 1/16th of a tsp d-mannose powder for my cat who is prone to uti's

You have to take them to the vet. That is so painful and they can actually die from that. There is no home remedy for UTI. They need antibiotics
