I am currently 30 weeks pregnant experiencing an hsv outbreak (I believe). A doctor had me do a full sti panel February of this year and this came back positive. I’ve never had an outbreak that I know of. My doctor said this could happen when I was pregnant and f I didn’t I could start antiviral at 36 weeks. Well I’m 30 weeks and of course think this is one. I called today to see about getting an antiviral called in and didn’t receive a call back probably since it’s a holiday weekend. Wondering if anyone has any natural tips/remedies to help with relief. It’s not excruciating but definitely feels uncomfortable. Also will this outbreak heal before I’m due? I was really wanting to deliver vaginally.
