What are some ways I can relieve stress?
The only ways I know that can help relieve stress is exercising and meditating
I’ve tried meditating and it doesn’t seem to be helping. And due to a chronic illness/pain I have, I’m not able to really work out.(and trust me I’ve tried like working out or exercising before and I end up in so much more pain then what I normally have to deal with. Otherwise I would still try to exercise)
I’m going through a move and it’s been so stressful and is so draining and frustrating at times and I’m also not sleeping well(probably because of the stress) and I know that’s not helping with getting the stress out of my body. And I know the stress is definitely effecting my body in different ways.
Are there any other ways that I can relieve some stress? Please let me know if there are!🙏
