Do you think playing video games is a male hobby, a female hobby, neutral hobby or do you think it's a waste of time regardless of gender or an amazing hobby for all genders?
I'm talking hours a day spent on a video game, not once a blue moon for an hour.
I think it's a male hobby and not very feminine, but also think it's a waste of time for someone over the age of 25.

My husband and I play together and I play by myself when my baby takes a nap sometimes.
I find it relaxing and it gets my mind off of my anxiety and stress!

I grew up in a house of all girls playing video games lol now I don't play too much, hubs plays a lot. Him playing games for a few hours is not more a waste of time than me watching a few hours of Grey's anatomy 🤪 It's for enjoyment, not everything we do needs to be productive.

We are a huge gaming household. Hubby plays more than I do because I'm enrolled in college classes at night. It's not a bad hobby for either gender. Also we are 30 and 35 and even though we play games almost nightly we still ma age to be functioning adults with responsibilities and take care of our daughter. Some people get carried away with it for sure and it impacts them doing normal every day things but I don't know anyone who has issues

It is definitely something both genders do enjoy. Obviously that depends on the person. I Think it’s fine to be interested in them, but when it becomes an obsession/addiction and it’s sucking away half of your life and interfering with your relationships, it becomes a problem. ￼

Its a bad hobby when you are an adult and spend over an hour a day on it

Also, yeah i know more guys than girls that play, it seems to stick more on guys. But that doesnt mean girls are bad players or its weird for them to play. Honestly ive only heard of videogame addicted husbands, idk if theres videogame addicted wives. Anyways i enjoy playing videogames myself sometimes.

That seems like a narrow-minded opinion. My husband and I are in our 40's and we enjoy video games. We grew up in the 80's with arcades in every mall. We literally grew up while video games were developing. It's a fun activity just like board games or going out to a movie. I have 2 younger sisters and we all enjoy a good video game on occasion.
