is a Cesar salad healthy without the dressing?

I mean technically there’s not a ton of nutritional value in a caesar salad.. is it romaine lettuce, parmesan, croutons? I guess if you add chicken you’d get some protein in there. So yeah I guess it could be decent depending what you add to it. Like the other comment said, there’s ways to make the dressing healthier by adding different ingredients to it.

It’s just cheese, croutons, and romaine. As long as you stick to proper portion sizes it’s a good choice. Adding protein will help fill you up and give you more energy. You need fat in a dressing so your body can absorb the nutrients from the romaine. 
Real Caesar dressing is very rich so a little goes a long way. When I make real Caesar dressing (can’t quarter it because it requires an egg) I get enough dressing for at least 10 side salads.

What do you mean by healthy? I mean, lettuce is mostly water. Caesar salads usually don't have much else, just croutons and cheese.

I make my own caesar salad dressing that is yogurt based so it's healthy too. My favorite lunch meal prep!
