Which cereal/oatmeal do you recommend 4.5 month old?

Any recommendations which brand you like? We want to try to thicken her formula to see if that helps her constant throw ups/spit ups . She’s a reflux baby

I would hold off until she is 6 months old. She may not have the necessary reflexes to handle a thicker food and it could choke her.

None. As shes too little yet and cereals aren’t healthy not necessary, 
Since she has reflux definitely do pace feeding. Helps a lot.

None. Just breastmilk or formula until 6, babies that young dont produce the necessary  enzymes to digest grains

That's a choking hazard. Do not put anything in the bottle. That is unless your doctor said it was okay but our pedi said it was outdated info. Babies shouldn't have any type of solid food including cereal until 6 months

Do not put anything in her bottle!! 
Make the porridge in a bowl with her formula and give it her on a spoon. If you want thicker formula buy formula made for reflux babies it’s amazing
