Is this ER Worthy?!

I’ve had bad cramping, pouring blood, and then passed two clots this size. What do I do?

Edit 1: I’m at the ER, I’ve passed another one.

Edit 2: It was/is a miscarriage. Since there’s nothing they can do he said go home and take ibuprofen 800mg for the pain and he wrote me a prescription to get filled Saturday to stop the bleeding if it doesn’t get any better and Monday I need to call and set up a OBGYN appt to make sure it’s all out. He also had some other concerns that he wants me to speak with the OBGYN with to get their opinion on it as well.
