So I been trying for 2 years to get pregnant so I want try yoni steam does it work ?

No. Neither do yoni pearls. All a steam is going to do is burn the inside of your vagina. It’s not going to affect your hormones or fertility in any way. And all the pearls will do is give you a nasty infection, which is the last thing you want when you’re trying to conceive.
Again, neither of these things will actually improve your fertility at all. Your body does not need a cleanse. “Yoni” anything is nothing but a dangerous scam.
