My son is almost two and since he was 2 weeks old he's had a little white calloused bump on his foot from heel pricks from the NICU. However, now all of a sudden it's a big white bump, still hard with red spots in it. It's been this way for almost two years. It also feels just a bit warm to touch

Again he's had it for his whole life but what randomly caused it to look like this? His doctor is closed until the 3rd and I don't want to go to ER with virus cases sky high here, but why is it like this now?

Any recommendations on what to do?
