For the good amount of this year I've had a yeast infection like every other month if not every month. There is no burning or itching just thick white discharge. I've been to the doctors and the pharmacy I've taken the meds and it goes away momentarily.

I feel like I'm getting it every month near my ovulation time which is what the pharmacist also said that some women are more prone to it at certain times.

With that said what is something I can do to prevent getting this without having to go to the doctors all the time?
