Weight loss success ❤️

Hey mamas, I’m sharing this because I am proud of myself for finally getting a grip on my health this year. I’ve lost 35+ pounds since last Christmas. I lost most of my baby weight quickly after my son was born, but gained every pound back after I stopped breastfeeding in September. Finally in June 2020 after trying every workout/diet I could think of, I was still gaining weight and talked to my doctor. She ran blood work and helped me figure out what type of exercise/nutrition are best for my body type (which is totally different than it was 10 years ago when I ran cross country and was a skinny little stick). I see the biggest difference in my face and a little in my belly. I still have a ways to go to reach my goal, but I’m proud of how far I’ve gotten this year. I can’t wait until I’m under 200 again - it’s been over two years since I’ve seen the 100s which I’m super embarrassed about, but I just have to keep working at it.
