I need advice on what to do about sleeping with wet hair

Normally I take a shower before bed and sleep with my hair wet. I have found mold in multiple pillows over a few years I of course got rid of those pillows right away. Normally I put my hair up in a bun when I sleep. I just realized that mold could be in my hair. If it is how do I tell? For me not sleeping with wet hair isn’t an option because my hair is very thick it takes 14 hours when I leave it down and I’m moving around throughout the day. I also can’t blow dry it because it takes two hours and the heat makes me dizzy I just don’t have the time. Does anyone have any idea of what to do? And how to I tell if there’s mold in my hair?
