3rd trimester constipation??

Anyone else experience it?? What did you take? I normally use the bathroom a few times a day now it’s only been 1x (sorry tmi) is that bad? Any suggestions on what to take.. currently 34 weeks. TIA

Going to the bathroom once a day is not bad at all, I have chronic Constipation I go to restroom two to three times a week. Either you take over counter meds I don’t take anything since I’m pregnant

You can drink prune juice and sprite! I’m in my second trimester and having trouble and that’s helped me.

I am but went down from 1x per day to 1x every 2-3 days. I take Metamucil. It has helped.
