I felt completley fine yesterday, then I had a shower, after the shower my skin felt sore all over and my back hurt, in bed I couldn't sleep as I felt so cold, I was shivering and every little movement my partner made would send shivers and goosebumps down my body, not the good kind though, I don't know why I felt so cold, my partner said my body was very warm, now I've waken up in the morning with a migraine, I had to drag myself out of bed, idk if this post makes any sense at all, but I don't have any other symptoms, just a baaaad headache.

What could this be
