Postpartum Bleeding

How long did you have it and what is it like?

I’m about to be 7 weeks postpartum and it’s still happening! I’m beyond sick of dealing with it!

It has been stopping and starting every other day or so since around 3 weeks postpartum.

At my 6 week checkup, my doctor looked at me with a puzzled face and literally said ‘huh, that’s weird’. 🙄 I called back 2 days later since it started up again asking what can we go about it and they are ordering labs to see if I’m anemic. A different doctor ordered the blood work and said bleeding up to 8 weeks is normal. I’m worried though because when it starts up again it’s bright red.

Anyone have any insight? I’m uncomfortable and just want it to stop!
