Timed intercourse with letrozole

First month on 5mg letrozole. Most recent scan 12/24 showed two follicles left:20.8mm right:23.6mm. Blood work was done. Based on results Dr. told us to time intercourse for night of 12/25 and 12/27. I have been tracking with opks on my own. Peak shown last night on clear blue.

Should I keep with timed intercourse or baby dance tomorrow am rather than pm? Don’t want to miss any chance. Don’t get how they determine the time to BD.

We BD last night a little after midnight. So technically today as opposed to 12/25.

Also feeling bloated and cramping today more than usual. Has anyone experienced more bloating and cramping around ovulation on letrozole?
