So I’ve just been made aware that Boxing Day isn’t a thing in the US!

Here (uk) the day after Xmas is Boxing Day. It’s a bank holiday and most people are off work (except nurses etc) usually we see family or just chill at home eating Xmas food and wearing our new things 😂

Traditionally it was a day that the working class were given the day off and the upper class would give them gifts in boxes hence why it’s called Boxing Day! Now it’s just an extension of Christmas so it’s like Xmas is 2 days long 😊
