Anyone else struggling?

It’s crazy.. I workout and am happy mostly, but this year has caused anxiety, feeling trapped at the same time... my kids at times make things overwhelming staying at home and can’t help but want to end the evening with 2-3 mixed drinks... (4-5 days) I’ve been drinking way too much and looking forward to change. I know 2021 may be similar to 2020, but the idea of a new year feels like a fresh start! I’m ready for change! Starting off with a clean January! Anyone else?! Please don’t comment if your going to judge. I know I’m not the only one struggling here!
