I delivered 12/24/2020. I wasn’t planning on breast feeding. With my first daughter my milk never came in so I wasn’t able to breast feed. With this pregnancy my boobs never leaked or anything so I just assumed the same thing was happening. But today my boobs got rock hard and they hurt really really bad. I delivered 3 days ago. I had a c-section and I’m still in the hospital. It’s very uncomfortable. What can I do?
