Tips on getting baby to nap in bassinet?

Currently will only sleep on me or in my arms. I need a break but he refuses to stay asleep in bassinet. Any tips?

I saw some folks previously post about pre warming the bassinet mattress with a heat pad helps, but I haven't tried it.
Otherwise I sooth to sleep the swaddle and put in the bassinet

I walk around with baby in arms doing things around the house I need to do until she falls asleep. I don't try to get it quiet or dark in her room. Most days I don't even shut the door.. Then I transfer to bassinet. Sometimes she's only in there for 30-40 min but it's still 30 or 40 min with your hands free to eat, cook, clean or even nap. 
Sometimes to help tire her out, I'll have her do tummy time right when she wakes up while I get stuff around to nurse, then I change her, she eats, keep her upright for 15-20 min so she can digest, I change her again, then if she's still awake & happy I put her on her tummy again and fold laundry on the floor with her until she fusses and by that point when I pick her up, her eyes are usually fluttering.

Mine is the same way... it doesn’t help with the “getting a break”, but I baby wear a lot. It at least allows me to spend time with my toddler and get things done around the house.
