Am I alone?

My kid won't sit still for a second, isn't developmentally ready for activities (crayons, playdough, blocks, etc) too much TV is bad for him so we spend our time just sitting around bored as fuck while our 17-month-old screeches, climbs on us, gets into everything he shouldn't, throws tantrums, etc. I feel like we're just living at the whims of our kid. We can't even entetain oursel with TV, because its not good for him. We can't have couple time, play on our phones, read, anything because he's whiny and demanding, but also he can't do anything yet. He doesn even want to play with toys, he just wants to jump on us and scream all day.

We're beyond frustrated, bored, and have no couple time, 'me' time, or self care. And no babysitter options.

What do we do?
