Convertible cots?

Baby isn't due till may but we have started looking at reviews to get ideas on cots for bub. We live in a tiny 1 bedroom unit so originally I thought of going with a portacot with the adjustable levels as it's was moveable and could be packed away if needed.

My dad has just offered to buy us a cot because he didn't like the idea of the portacot and to be honest I had started looking into other cots too.

We need one that's smaller and can be moved easily as it would be in a doorway.

I did find 2 that I love but was wondering if anyone had tried these out and how they went?

I'm thinking the kayluala cot or cocoon nest but I am open to other suggestions. We liked that it was smaller, moveable and convertible so we wouldn't have to buy a new one when baby would eventually need a toddler bed and we also have love the bassinet option.

Has anyone had one of these? Are they a good cot or do you have any recommendations for a similar type of cot for a small space?
