Sudden nipple discharge??

So it started off small a long time ago, but I used to get a small dot of clear discharge that would come out of the nipple of my bigger breast.

Now I noticed that when I squeezed my nipple a bit, sometimes clear, sometimes cloudy discharge comes out and it gets up to the size of a water droplet. And instead of one dot, its coming out of two different spots.

I just started my period today, (medium to heavy flow), so Im not pregnant. I have been stressing a lot about a pregnancy scare, and that threw my hormones off track, made AF 13 days late. But she's here now lol.

Could it be related to my stress and how it affected my hormones??
