clitoral bleeding?? help!

probably TMI but i need someone to tell me if this is normal or if i should panic. so i had oral sex with my partner yesterday which left my clitoris feeling a bit sensitive today. i used my vibrator and when i went to use the bathroom afterwards, i noticed a red stain on my underwear and realized that my clit was bleeding. i have never had my clit bleed before and i’m really freaked out! is it possible to cause bleeding there from too much vibrator use? i actually have an appointment with my OBGYN but it’s not for a couple more days unfortunately
