Toddler faking injury

My Nov 2018 toddler has started a new thing where he runs up to a wall or a knob or corner and very lightly taps his forehead on it and then slowly “falls” to the ground and fake cries 🤦🏼‍♀️ this child is not deprived of any love or attention whatsoever (only child and honestly a bit spoiled as he’s the only kid in the whole family).

Anyone else’s toddlers do something like this? I should also mention he’s not talking very much (says words when he wants to and understands commands).
