This is actually really embarrassing and it’s happened a few times over the course of a year, where I find a toilet in my dream, start peeing and I wake up to catch myself as only a little dribble came out, but still enough that I have to change my underwear.

A couple days ago I had one where I completely woke up as I was like straining on the toilet in my dream that wasn’t right to my brain.

But it’s happened a few times this year, and I’m kind of concerned, has this happened to anyone else?

I did drink a big thing of chocolate milk like an hour before bed, usually that doesn’t bother me but I’m a lil nervous.
