Mamaroo vs regular swing?

I used the Fisher Price Snugapuppy with my first and she absolutely loved it! I recently got it out for baby #2 and the motor is dying. We have replaced it once already and I’m not really wanting to do that again. It’s also in kind of rough shape (was a hand-me-down). I’d rather just replace it with a smaller swing TBH instead of buying another motor.

I’m interested in something space-saving, like the Mamaroo or Rockaroo, but from reviews, it seems like most babies prefer the FP swings. I’d hate to drop the money on something she won’t like.

Any suggestions or experience with both?
