Deodorant HELP

I am desperately in need of a decent deodorant I have literally tried everything out there, even the prescription strength deodorants, and nothing seems to work. My arm pits are constantly wet and have an odor. Everything I've tried stops working in about an hour. Does anyone have any advice on what they use?
