Took a Tumble

Tomorrow I turn 37 weeks. And today I had doctors appointment and everything was great. When I got home I told my oldest to release our pitbull (she’s a pup but she’s HUGE) . I had my back towards her, when she ran into me pushing me down, I landed on my hand and knees.. and I’m not sure if I should go to the hospital.. or wait to see if I develop cramping or bleeding.
