Swollen lymph nodes

I've notice a few days ago I had a swollen lymph node on my left side of the neck. And then now pretty much all of them are slightly swollen on the neck muscle. I want to emphasize on slightly swollen cause even if I lean my head you can't see them. It only when I touch them that I know they are swollen. Is it possible that they are swollen because I am about to be sick? I already called health line and a pharmacist and I am taking ibuprofen as per their advice for now. Anyone ever had swollen lymph nodes out of the blue like that?
