Anyone else’s 😺 not getting any attention 👅?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 yrs and he has only gone down on me once or twice hardly, and this was maybe two years ago and that’s because I asked. He will not go down on me willingly. It’s not me cause I’m super clean and have exceptional hygiene. I go down on him here and there and that’s because he’s not too crazy about it, although when he does get it he loves it! Overall he doesn’t have a huge sex drive, but we have sex often! I’ve talked to him about it before and he just says idk and ignores it or changes the subject, but once after a fight he did flat out say “ I just don’t like it ok!”. How uncommon or common is this? My ex used to loooove it. I just want to know I’m not the only one out there that doesn’t get any 👅! Lol
