So I have Premenstrual Dysphoric disorder, and my doctor told me it was pretty rare. So I'm trying to find someone who knows what I'm going through who can relate. So I experience normal PMS symptoms like 10x worse than normal women and my Dr. told me that my cramps are the equivalent of having labor contractions without having a baby to push out. She put me on lexapro to ease the pain a bit but it has only helped a small amount and I am always super angry or super annoyed when murder week comes around. She said it has an unknown cause and there's no cure. So if anyone would like to share your tips or knowledge I'd love to know what you know.
