Help with Naps!
Hi! I started a horrible habit I can’t break and I’m looking for advice!!
My 6.5 month old will not nap unless she is being held. I’ve started a nap time routine (song and rocking) and I’ll put her down and she immediately wakes up crying.
I really want to break this habit while also making sure she gets enough sleep during the day. Please let me know if you have any tips!
