Breast ache

Did any other Mama’s experience an achy breast post pumping? I exclusively pumped for 6 months with my daughter, and haven’t pumped in about 7 months. On and off I get an achy/almost heavy feeling in one of my boobs. Just wondering if anyone else experienced that at all? I honestly can’t say whether I did the pumping thing right. I had a really hard time finding flanges that fit properly
