Room temp and what's your little ones wearing- 1 year old

My little girl is 1

Her chest and back do feel a bit cooler not nice and warm which I imagine it should?

She has a vest , sleepsuit and wears a 2.5 tog her room typically is around 19 going off the grow egg shes got to much on but I dont think so?

I often use a cellular blanket as she seems chilly.

Temp can start around 19/20 sits around 18-19 most nights.

She moves to much to try a duvet or like a coverlet I've seen to then take off a sleeping bag.

Wondering what others do or any advice
