Wanna know if I can... maybe trigger?

So I went to the hospital the other day for a really bad muscle spasm and they decided to check on baby well I did inform them my boys kidneys are dilated and he has a cyst on the brain well they checked his kidneys first and they look great the dilation is almost gone barely noticeable

Well when he went to check his brain thats when my heart shattered into pieces the cyst that was small grew and it's like half his brain now if that makes sense it's huge (yes I know what a cyst on an ultrasound looks like)

They couldn't tell me anything so I'm left to worry and I have been.. to be honest how he is living through that big cyst in his brain is a miracle and I'm happy he is still with me but if he is suffering from it I just want him to go to heaven cause it looks like it could be super painful 😢😭

My question is can I go to my obgyn and request an ultrasound I'm supposed to be getting a call from a perinatal center but its been a week and a half and I've yet to get a call and I'm tired of waiting
