Soooo much pressure!! 11w6d

I had my first ob appointment today and everything seemed good. We listened to baby’s heartbeat with a Doppler-163bpm.

Now I am feeling SOO much pressure very low down. Every time I change positions it is more pressure. My belly looks much more pronounced at the very bottom today too. It feels like it’s right on my bladder and like I have to pee, but then I can’t actually pee.. 🤦🏼‍♀️ it’s extremely uncomfortable. Is this just normal and stretching etc?

Or could this be related to the pressure the dr used with the Doppler?

Sorry FTM and everything makes me anxious 😭
