I need some injection tips. I’m starting estrogen injections tomorrow. It’s an intramuscular injection and I’m supposed to do it in my butt/hip area. I will be injecting myself. I’m a little on the plump side and have big boobs. This makes it so I can’t reach with my second hand around the front of my body to hold the skin tight. Can I just inject without doing that part? I’ve practiced with no needle, just the syringe, and it feels so awkward and like I’m going to hurt myself. Any plus sized ladies out there have any tips for injecting yourself?
