Didn’t expect this ever...

So just alittle back ground this year has been shit, lost my job due to COVID, found out I was pregnant ended up ectopic and had to remove my right tube right before Christmas. I was applying and applying for jobs but it seemed no one wanted me, applied for a remote stay at home full time position on a whim (honestly didn’t think I’d hear back)... the next day I heard back that they wanted to set up a phone interview.... passed that step 1 down... next is a whole written and typing assessment that took about and hour and a half... step 2 done... they loved my assessment results so they scheduled a video interview! (I was so nervous I’ve never had a video interview before!).... interview lasted 40 minutes and the managers were super nice! They said to keep an eye on my emails and thanked me for my time, I honestly didn’t think I’d get the job, woke up this morning... no email.. mid day... no email... so I warmed up tater tots and started watching the Casey Anthony documentary for the 3rd time 😂 my phone was set to silent, after two episodes It just pops in my head “check your phone” and i received a missed call and voice mail from the company, they wanted me to call back asap (honestly thought “aw they called to let me down easy”🥴) called back and WAS OFFERED THE POSITION!!! I’ve been jobless since October, had a job set up for the start of December but had to quit due to ectopic surgery. IM SOO EXCITED! All that is left is to pass the back ground test (which I have nothing on my background lol) and then I can go get the supplies! (Computer, phone, etc..)

When I told my spouse I got the job he didn’t seem too excited, I went up to get myself a glass of tea, came back down and THIS MAN HAD MUSIC PLAYING, TOOK MY HAND AND SAID “I wanna dance with you, congratulations baby girl” ❤️😩

Today has been great!
